To prepare your bundles for install, pre-wash and condition your bundles with high-quality shampoo and conditioning products that are sulfate free.

Can I dye my hair extensions?
Yes, you can dye our Raw Brazilian, Cambodian and Indian Collections. We recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color your hair extensions.

How do I care for my hair extensions?
To properly care for your extensions you should shampoo and condition regularly with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo. Use a moisturizing conditioner to add moisture. Use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

What’s the difference between the Brazilian and Cambodian Hair Collections?
Brazilian hair offers a lot of diversity in terms of styling options. Brazilian hair tends to be soft and thick with lots of body. This is a great option for those with thinner hair who want to create a fuller, more luscious look. Because Brazilian hair is naturally thick, you may not need as many bundles to create a full look.

Cambodian hair tends to be more course in texture, which makes it the best bet for blending with relaxed African American hair. Cambodian hair is lightweight with lots of body and bounce, and also tends to be the more low maintenance option. Cambodian hair holds up very well to styling. It can hold a curl well and can withstand dyes and coloring without much damage to the quality of the hair.

Indian hair is one of the most durable pieces that with more care will last more than a year. A major characteristic about it is that it’s bouncy, airy and also light. This hair is further easy to style.It comes to you as a natural straight hair and naturally wavy hair. The hair doesn’t shed easily or even tangle. It won’t even lose its nature. This hair is a blend of various features which include the fact that its thick and lustrous. The hair is further durable and flexible. You can style it however you wish and you will still maintain its look over a prolonged time.

Malaysian hair has a very luxurious feel to it and has a great natural shine. The shine is however not excessive and after a few washes looks even more natural. The hair is very strong and for this reason holds curls extremely well. If you want to experiment with fabulous and regular curling of your hair, then this is a great option. The hair is generally a nice dark brown color. Like Brazilian hair it also handles color well so if you buy Virgin Malaysian hair you can color the hair to any color or combination of colors you like.

How full are the bundles?
All of our bundles are measured by weight and should-be approximately 3.5 oz. Please note, as an industry standard, the longer the hair is, the shorter the weft will be and the shorter the hair is, the longer the weft will be since bundles are measured by weight. This is true for all virgin hair retailers.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, PayPal Credit, Apple Pay and Zelle (please CONTACT US for Zelle payment option).

Why is my payment not going through?
Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct card number, expiration date, CSV/CVV number on the back of card, correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

Do you verify payments for large orders?
Orders over $500 may require additional verification prior to shipping. Our Customer Care team will contact you if this is required for your order.

Does B. Luxx Brand keep my personal credit card information?
B.Luxx Brand NEVER stores your credit card information. This is the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through our Payment Gateway providers: PayPal, Stripe, or Apple Pay — all of thee are secure forms of payment processing and are heavily encrypted. You can allow our Payment Gateway providers the option to remember your card information for quicker future checkout, however, this is only at your discretion.

Do you deliver in the local Dallas Fort Worth metroplex?
We will deliver if drivers are available, but only to hair salons and/or verified beauticians.
Please note, there will be a $10-$20 delivery fee depending on delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $10.
For orders that are $150 or more, shipping is free.
Signature delivery confirmation is and additional $3.15.
Overnight shipping is $30. It includes signature delivery confirmation.

When will my order be shipped?
Our standard processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Overnight Shipping orders are processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 9:00 am CST.
Example 1: An order is placed at 8:59 am CST on Thursday. It can potentially be processed and shipped on that Thursday.
Example 2: An order is placed at 9:30 am CST on Friday. It will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

When will i receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends.
Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders are delivered by the postal carrier within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders shipped with overnight shipping are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If the order is placed before 9 am CST, the order will ship the same day and arrive the following business day.
If the order is placed after 9 am CST, the order will ship the next business day and arrive 2 business days after your order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?
International orders may occur customs and duties fees which are not included in the purchase price. B. Luxx Brand is not responsible for these fees, they are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be accessed prior to shipment.

My tracking number is showing delivered, but I haven't received my package - what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx (overnight delivery) is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS. If your shipment can't be located, please contact us for assistance.
Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address – street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code.
We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return.
Though WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, customers may exchange UNUSED ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 5 business days (postmark must be within 5 days of delivery date confirmation) of receiving their order.
That means you can only return it in the exact condition as it was received. If you try on, cut or modify the lace, apply the items, color, style, comb, wash, use or alter any part of
the item, we will not honor an exchange or offer store credit.
Please understand that these policies are necessary health precautions and we will adhere strictly to them.
Once we validate your return, stock wigs may be exchanged for another stock wig or for a custom made wig (of equal or lesser value) & is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
All approved returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping charges.
